Your confidentiality

As a service we are obligated to keep all information shared with us confidential. Should you present a risk to yourself or others we have a responsibility to withdraw this confidentiality. We are also legally obliged to share information with other health professions that may be providing care for you such as your general practitioner. Your case manager will discuss this with you at your first hui. Further explanation is available in the C&CDHB Patient Information brochure.
