Kitty Marshall

Kitty first commenced work as an occupational therapist at Tokanui Hospital in the Waikato in 1976. Since then she has had a varied career in a range of health, education, statutory, and social service systems, mixed with parenting and extramural study.

She has worked for CCDHB’s Mental Health Service since 1992, in roles including Team Leader/clinician in the Specialist Maternal Mental Health Team, Professional Advisor for Occupational Therapy, business support co-ordinator, critical incident debriefer, and more recently as Clinical Leader/Operations Manager for Specialty Mental Health Services.

Her experience in designing and facilitating learning and development includes formal academic, therapeutic, strategic, supervisory, and clinical and service contexts.

In addition to qualifications in occupational therapy and tertiary teaching, Kitty has a Masters in Counselling from Massey University.
